Displacement Map Exercise Demo Video
Mr. Martin made a demonstration video on how to create a displacement map by combining a texture photo with the main photo. Below attached are the photos used.

Steps in creating the hybrid animal
1. Apply black and white filter on the animal photo.
2. Apply Gaussian blur.
3. Save the photo as displacement map PSD file.
4. Reopen the jpeg photo.
5. Move the skin photo to the animal photo.
6. Free transform to resize and rotate.
7. Convert into smart object.
8. Apply displacement map.
9. Choose blending mode.
10. Masking.

Mr. Fauzi gave us feedback on our Self Titled idea and gave us feedbacks. Mr. Fauzi told us to explain our idea one by one through Zoom call. After giving feedback, he told us to proceed with sketching and finding design elements for the project. Here is my 50% progress for my Self Titled project.
