Cyborg In Class Exercise
Mr. Martin create a cyborg leg on one of the group member in Sistar.
These are the photos used for this demo.
Step 1: He open the image and duplicate the image.
Step 2: He mask out the leg part that need to be remove by using pen tool.
Step 3: He create a new layer then copy and paste the white background using the clone stamp tool. The hardness is 100% to fill in the masked out part of leg.
Step 4: Cross section of the leg is done by using Elliptical Marquee Tool. Two new layer is created. One is bottom cross section, another one is lower cross section. For the bottom cross section, he draw out a oval shape and brown colour is filled. Adjustment is made to fit the bottom cross section. Another layer is created for the top cross section and he copy the oval shape. Adjustment is made to fit the top cross section.
Step 5: Blending mode for the bottom cross section is inner glow and outer glow.
Step 6: Inner glow is used for the top cross section.
Step 7: The robot leg is masked out and paste to the Sistar's leg.
The size of the robot leg is adjusted to fit her leg.
Step 8: He erase the extra parts of the robot leg by using eraser.
Pen tool is used to get the robotic skin texture.
Step 9: He made a new layer to make the skin layer. He used brush 5 pixels and path selection tool to draw out the pen paths.
Final outcome of the cyborg exercise.
2.0 Lecture
Mr. Fauzi briefed us about our Project 4.
Final Project: Cinemagraph - Surrealistic Parallax Wonderful Dreams. A final project inspired from random access memory of the subconscious brain and translate into an digital photography artwork. ___ SIZE: 1080 x 1920 px (Vertical Video) IGTV DURATION: 15 second loop
He told us that we need to add in our own element inside this project that focus on our own face. This project is more graphical compare to Self Titled project.
